High Silicon Cast Iron (HSCI) Anode is the buried component of impressed current systems for cathodic protection of land and marine structures from corrosion.   

Haili started the exploration and trial-production of High Silicon Cast Iron (HSCI) anodes in 1999. The anodes conform to ASTM A 518M – 99 (2008) and BS 1591 Standard. There are mainly three kinds of anodes: HSCI solid anodes, HSCI tubular anodes and HSCI board anodes. Most of the products are exported to America, Canada, Middle East, Australia, etc., with annual export volume of more than 1000 tons. To ensure consistently high quality products, the company is equipped with various measurement and test equipments, including chemical analysis, spectral analysis, physical testing, resistance testing, etc.

Since we have our own R&D department, we can customize irregular high silicon cast iron anodes as per client's specific requirements and drawings. We have our own lab with German imported spectrometer for testing HSCI anodes chemical composition. The mill test report against each batch of HSCI anodes is supplied with the shipment. Warranty Certificate for 12 months is also provided against each batch of your ordered HSCI anodes.
